In developed markets many Telcos have paid high prices for 3G and failed to recover costs, in a market like India which is one of the most price sensitive markets paying high and giving cheap service is a bad business only.. It is like social Service, Aviation is Service to rich people, Telecom is for everyone, someone has to do it, someone is doing it....
