Now do you expect me to believe the company did not know about this ? Was it not fooling its investors by giving false hopes ? Where is teh honesty to a shareholder ? Very recent example of how frankly JP Morgan chairman Jamie Dixon came out to admit they went wrong on a particular Hedging strategy and look at the share price it is not collapsing because they tried to be open about it, Whereas in India we need to dig up and investigate Companies will tell us nothing real.. I dont remember the last time an Indian Promoter was so open and honest about business realities or risks.. This Quarter Results of many companies in S&P 500 Companies have come out beat their own guidance and street estimates. There is a difference in the mentality of our promoters compared to theirs, we cant deny that obvious attempt to cheat minority shareholders that happens so often in India as Promoters often own over 50% and shareholder activism is really not there.....

Jai, see the plight of UP. Those in power claim that they are giving electricity for 23.5 hours in rural areas, and 21.5 hours in urban areas. (Which might have been true during BMW rajya). Ask Kanpurites, and they will tell you, that they are not getting electricity for atleast 10 hours a day.

So assuming the claim of rulers and the subjects living in urban area, leads to absurd conclusion, that the day for the rulers of UP comprises of over 31 hours.

May be same is the case with rural population.

Mulayam Singh and party, instead of looking after the woos of the people, seem to be more inclined in taking vendetaa against BMW.

Me remembers, that there was a very old sardar living in our locality, and he used to shout openly in public, "IN NETAON in DESH KA BEDA GARK KAR DIYA".

When saw the plight of roads etc. and other things, it became clear, that we were trapped not by chance but by design. And these deductions of mine now stand out and are supported by many articles on the net. The recent one was a paper by some mitu sen gupta, which outlines, how WB and IMF, secured hold by placing there men in ND in important places since 1980, and how the got a breakthru in 1991.

The ppl in power, exploit PSU banks, and their objective is to kill them as quickly as they can, as they have killed mother financial institutions.

Honest ppl do not get loans easily, whereas HM was given loans in 000`s of crores, was it not to promote sharemarket, and was it possible w/o connivance of those in power then ?

If a finance secretary phones a banker for someone, they are forced to give loans of crores, even if the person is worthless, have seen it happen !!!...

And what about pricing of IPOs, different face values and that too often changingfrom 1 to 10 and vice versa ?

Do not know much about JPM, except that they are big bankers, and have the ability to lobby for their interest, not only in USA, but world over.
