Respected Moderator/Team,
Of late, there has been deep concern on the part of some boarders on account of change in nick photographs by mischievious elements who hold sway across the board which does not augur well for boarders n this Forum, both. It leads to boarders losing faith in the very mechanism/system of MMB Board besides giving an impression that, anything of adverse naturecan happen at any time, there being this kind of dis-orderliness. It is high time that, such un-ruly elements are tracked per IP to help restore the faith which boarders have in the very functioning of MMB. Any will-full un-religious or un-desirable act on the part of anyone, regardless of the boarder being targetted, should be curbed to help end this un-holi exercise.
Also with an appeal to all fellow - boarder to cooperate with MMB Moderator to quell all those elements who bring bad name to this august Forum.
Without any prejudice against anybody, in any way.

Dear Anand jee,
It is an irony but remains to be a bitter fact that, we take avoidable pleasure in screwing boarder - friends and often make a combined front too in pursuing a goal which is very much against the spirit and healthy conduct of MMB Board. And to compound the problem further, even an occasional appeal made to MMB Moderator hardly or never make any difference. In the meanwhile, given a luke-warm approach, the situation across the board is turning from bad to worst and seems to be at its extremes. In my own modest way and being suggestive, I would only like to say and request MMB Moderator that one way to overcome this problem would be to stop the menace of multiple id which provides a kind of leverage/readily available landing pad to poke a boarder. And, in the so called successful attempt on the part of few boarders (apparently there being no substantial n fool proof checks n balances to nail them), even some of the innocent boarders are not spared. Although, given the time frame I have spent on the board and thus gained experience, I am not very sanguine about the positive results coming our way. But, I would still pray that MMB Moderator provides all viable solutions at its disposal to see that peace, harmony and brotherhood, as boarders is given its right space. More than it to be in the interest of Boarders, it is MMB which will ultimately enjoy the accruing benefits.

Whenever a fall like this occurs people start blaming the operators.What they dont realize is that a 85% fall in two months in a cash scrip cannot happen without the promoters doing something wrong and being involved.Even if operators are involved they are not stupid to sell a scrip just for the heck of it.They only do it when they have inside information that there is something wrong with the company and know for sure that there will be no support for the share price from the promoters or any other quarters.With varun it is not just the pledged shares but you have the following directors who have resigned from the company Shri S. K. Srivastav has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from April 09, 2012 and Shri K. L. Gopalakrishna and Shri M. S. Sundara Rajan have resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from April 10, 2012. I can understand if one director resigns but three directors resigning in three days.Why would three directors resign if everything was all right with the company. Shamkhan69 posted that people will believe what the promoters forecast but then it will be a case of "FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU,FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME."The reason why promoters and operators keep getting away with this is because the indian investors are very gullible.When promoters have to make announcement of gas&uranium&gold&rare earth minerals you will see them give interviews on every business channel and in every business papers.And when the market price has fallen 85% they have completely disappeared not a single press release to assure investors.Investor confidence has been completely destroyed in varun if they report bad results the LCS will resume and if they report good results people will be looking to make an exit as close to their buying as possible.What i find hard to believe is that if there was really value in varun as the promoters would have us believed then if i were a promoter i would try to buy the shares or ask people close to me to buy the shares.Varun is reporting unaudited results for the march quarter and for FY12(UNAUDITED RESULTS). What boggles the mind is we still have people defending the promoters on this board and calling them honest and asking us to believe their lies.People just refuse to accept the facts there are examples like jupiter bio,mic electronics,ks oils,gtl, prakash inds,kwality dairy,sujana towers the list could go on and on.Tomorrow if varun makes an announcement that they will receive the $150 million how many of us will truly believe that.Kwality dairy fell from 215 to rs.30 non stop hitting LCS for almost two months then from 30 it went up to 45 giving a 50% return then on 9th may it made a new low of 28 and now it is quoting at 33.This in a scrip where the promoter holding is 75% and hardly any shares are pledged(6%).I have said it before varun is a completely speculative stock you could probably get a bounce but you have to keep a strict stop loss of rs.28.

Dear Sharma,
I tend to agree with you in a toto,
People repeat behaviour that leads to flooding their brains with pleasurable chemicals. The short-term reward loop acts over hours to years, and the long-term reproductive success loop over generations.
What I`ve learnt - to my cost - on several occasions in my life, is that people will put up with all manner of bad behaviour so long as you`re giving them what they want.
They`ll laugh and get into it and enjoy the anecdotes and the craziness and the mayhem as long as you`re going your job well, but the minute you`re not, you`re down. They`ll wipe their hands of you without a second glance.
I think it`s a very central tenet to it yes, it is. I can`t bear it, I can`t bear inequality, I can`t bear bad behaviour to other people. I cannot bear it that people are mean to people who can`t help what they are.
Its a sheer pity MMB is unable to come up with fool proof methods given the time frame after the series of incidents we had few months ago

When i leave this board befor 3 month at that time Nifty was around 5500. And that time i reapetedly shout that this is fake rally. But sab bahut teji me the. Sab ko 6000 aur new high dikh raha tha. This is call experience. Aap teji karo aur teji honi bhi chahiye par us ke peeche kuchh thos reason chahiye to hi rally sustain hoti hai. Warna aise hi sab ko fasa ke market crash ho jata hai. Ab muje personally aisa lag raha hai ki next week me aur bhi market ki halat kharab ho jayegi. Jab sab log iss market se dur bhage tab aap entry maro. Kabhi loss nahi jayega.

institutions have already doubled up and for the time being they r happy with it.it seems.
They will buy more in a hurry when things i mean the remaining issues seem to be settling down and or on seeing the merged co. results.

Hey Pradeep,
This is one of the most active, knowledgeable and informative group in entire MMB, you go to other message boards either you will find they are almost dead or people just give for fun put useless messages without any logic and gives irrelevant or inconceivable targets to stock.
I will say go through all the messages posted by active senior boarders like UM ji, Tunga ji, Smartian sir, Sanjay Babu, KK, CX, Pilatos, netdo, and all other senior members, these boarders are gem, look at the quality of messages by these people you will really appreciate that you landed in one of the greatest message board of entire MMB. The quality of messages are incomparable to any other group.
Apart from this what I have seen in other boards that boarders just try to prove that I am the best and try to let you down, I did not found any such things here.
I learned a lot in this Larsen board and I will keep learning from this board, thanks all senior member for posting such a quality and informative well researched messages I really appreciate the efforts put by all of you.
