There is so much fear that when the event actually occurs it would have been factored in. Greeks are already pulling out their savings from Greek banks, some 700 million euros a day. They themselves had elected this left parties and they know that would be the death knell of Greek economy so they are taking out all their money when they can. Today Greek central bank governor was saying that the withdrawal is "orderly" and there were no queues in ATMs. He sounds like the captain of a gently sinking Titanic. "Water is coming up slowly, folks, we have hours and hours to drown." In other words, as we watch the Greek exit is happening. So when the final news comes it won`t be too bad. At least for India. We have fallen even more than those affected countries just because we don`t have domestic investor participation. Value will be seen soon, just like it emerged in December 2011 amidst unspeakable gloom. ... Rating :  |
