in this thread some months back, there was a post saying "simple analysis" do make a lot of difference. I mean, the substance was something like that.

considering some naked truths,

1. Our companies are losing business to what was forecast-ed or projected.
2. this is not just peculiar to us, but to all including US, and more printing has to make its way outside US and not inside to create value given the economic notion US has created (read consumerist).

3. such investment cant find its destination for smart money into EU, for most promising EU countries as of now, have their hidden bomb due to EU monetary system.

4. If Investments should find business where demand supply story is good, then we are better than most of the countries around in terms of demand vs increasing buying power(read better employment then before in this country)

5. If QE papers has to make their way here to earn some value, as speculation is dead as far as real estate in US, GOLD around the world, and finally oil Mafia unable to keep the spirit of traders thereby allowing oil to find its own price, we should find more FII investment here.

6. with French people turning themselves into most conservative(rather socialist)out of fear, trying to find black cat in the dark room which is not there(thanks to Heavenia) this would have severe impact on decision making all over EU and US, to neutralize if not ground the thinking of Govt in everything(anarchy ?)

7. Indian case of corruption and black money generation by politico`s is yet to dent the business climate(no company in India, atleast to my knowledge either cutting wages or gifting pink slips – except SME’s losing business due to power shortage) and employement is raising (slowly ofcourse).

8.BOP and Bailout of GOI is something that is being systematically blown out of proportion(as none can predict what is on for the next week-IMHO- in the present time).

9.with very thin retail participation in financial markets around the globe, there is no case for smart money to make decent profits.

10.The expectation of retail participation above 5600 as anticipated by many(mine first), there is general public disbelief that markets are not for small individuals. (ULIPS and life policy other than gold is considered as better investment avenue)

11. Gold and realty seem to be the pet story for retailers, and many like me who thought the story is going to end found there is new beginning among the retail investing community.

Given the above, let me end that FII’s are here to stay and keep investing here. The delivery volumes of RIL to ICICI bank to PATEL ENG over the past three months is most encouraging and we will find more funds coming in, and IMHO , I think every dip is a buy and wait.
