dear web messenger in my view no ome including blackstone will buy 4 properties as mentioned at over 3000 crores, please note the facts which are taken from UCP , A CO LISTED ON AIM and promoted by unitech, 6 sez/it parks which includes above 4 were sold to them by unitech in dec 2006 when it raised 360milliom pounds, the sale was 60% and unitech cos are left with 40% only. the current price in AIM of UCP WHICH HAS 60% STAKE IN 6 PROJECTS IS about 30 pence down from 1 pound at which the shares were issued in dec 2006, thus at most the value realistically of 6 projects is 30% of 360m pounds which comes to 108m pounds, this at currentrate of 80 is 864 crores, as unitech has 40% and 60% comes to 864 cr , the value of unitech share comes to 576 crores for 6 projects, thus any one can see that the figure of 3000 crores being stated is imposible one can check my numbers from the prospectus of UCP IN DEC 2006, ALL THESE 6 PROJECTS HAVING LAND OF 197 ACRES WERE TO COMPLETE 21 M SQ FTBY DEC 11 BUT ONLY 3-4 MILLION HAS BEEN DONE INVESTORS SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF THIS AND NOT GO TO BUY ON TE BASIS of ocer 3000 crores for 4 projects...
