If the company delists today, the P/E ratio is 240 compared to the Industry P/E of 24 (refer "Get Quote" page of moneycontrol). Rs.4,000/- paid by Alfa Laval recently was at a P/E of 54. Food for thought !!! After reading this, I am a little scared and nervous. People with a higher risk appetite might still buy with the hope of a higher Delisting price.

According to the latest results eps of 1 share of t m is only 40 rupee vs eps of 93 rupee for 8 1/2 shares of m satyam. Such a unfair merger swap ratio. Has to be changed to a fair ratio of 1 for 5.

Had the government controlled corruption to even 50% of what has happenned in the last 8 years, it was enough to feed the open mouth of subsidy, meet the fiscal deficit etc. Its ridiculous when Government is patting its back for having achieved in so many fronts in the last two years. Might be, our Honourable PM missed one liner, i.e. Corruption.

The biggest hurdle in MSAT share price appreciation is useless, bekaar, foolish, faltu discussions between most of the boarders who discuss anything and everything happening on this earth without any linkage with MSAT. Arrey bhai, apne dimaag ko thoddi shanti do tabhee toh wo kuch achchaa socheyga. My suggestion is to leave this counter as it is for some times and see the differnce.......Baki to sab Ram hi rakhey.
