If u take the msat contingent liabilities of over 2000cr towards tax, 1320 crores towards rajus benami cos and also the class action suit pending WHAT IS THE EPS OF MSAT AS OF NOW ....ZERO. That is what market is taking into account and giving it a p/e of 6/7. ONLY WHEN THESE ARE DEALT WITH OR THE TOTAL EARNINGS CROSS THESE COMBINED LIABILITIES will the market give a better cmp and that may take atleast a year to materialise (leaving infusion of funds by mahindras for revival). Some people have been dreaming for 2 years WITHOUT ANY RESULT and still are not down to earth with astronomically absurd forecasts...

However , with stakes in mozambique getting better and better valuations now THE CO WILL HAVE TO DECIDE WHETHER TO RETAIN THE STAKE OR SELL IT FOR A LUCRATIVE PROFIT and look to other latent discoveries for another kill. In the long run holding on to the stake if discovery is a major one would be prudent than selling for short term gains....
