What i said in my previous post is completely true, some fake id`s are generating negative news for fundamentally good stock and helping promoters to buy cheap on daily basis. Today also see stock is neither moving up or down but volume already crossed 25 Lacs, who is buying is already known but who is SELLING??? Retail investors,FII or Promoter /operator group. My conclusion is its only Retail investors are selling with circulated trading by operators. FII are keeping their stake intact. Apply your own math before selling or buying. SM, also note that people are watching the sentiments and I am sure of there are at-least 4-5 ID which are not genuine. I have intentionally put some figures and watched the reactions and was amazed to see the reactions and how the message was flushed out from front page to 3-4 pages below...... ...

Because this is the final rise and one final fall to come after which, my calculation says the final Bull reversal would come..........

Why one should buy REI Agro? Tomorrow we will see direct gap up opening.(updated ) I think now promoters has started understanding the heat and they started picking big quantity. Monday they bought 5.1 Lacs, 9.10 Lacs on Tuesday and Wednesday they bought 7 Lacs and today i am sure it will be above 10 Lacs. As per my analysis, Retail investor should avoid selling REI AGRO, just buy and hold, rest is your own call. -Stock trading 5 years low. -It has always paid dividend. -.30 dividend is expected this year. -book value 24.23, PB- .37 -CARE has assigned valuation grade 5/5 in June,2011 ( read on moneycontrol ) -CARE has assigned fundamental grade 3/5 in Sept,2011 ( read on moneycontrol) -PE is less than 4 -a Profit making unit -FII and Promoter holding is quite high -Promoters are still buying it. -Promoters bought approx 1.51 crore since April,2012. Total Q1,FY13 i think they want to buy 3 Crores. -Profit for last 3 quarters 193 CR -One of the best basmati Rice trading company. -Industry PE is much higher( see KRBL , where market cap is half and PE is double than REI Agro ) -Price of Basmati rice is increased by more than 30% ( see my recent posts ). -Total expected profit for the full FY12 is 250 Crores and dividend of .30 is also expected. -REI Agro total net worth is around 2200 crores after reducing debt. -Its normal trading range with all current factors should be 27-32. -Once promoter holding goes above 50%, new expansion plans as indicated by management in Oct,2010 interview can become realty. -In the year 2010 , REI Agro has issued right issue with price of Rs 19.50 where FII acquired 15% and still holding. -General public holding is only 3.6 crores agains total equity of 95crores, rest is with promoters,FII and corporates. -Edelscore( Edelweiss) is 7 for REI Agro. - 3.8 Crores pledged share were released and % of pledged shares is down by 10%. -Q4 Results and Dividend ( if any ) will be announced on 30th MAY. - Forex gain itself will be significant for Q4 , just see KRBL numbers. -Do not listen to anyone and apply your own math with the real facts....

Aspective vanijya bought 1.51 Cr already in Q1,FY13. 128595663- opening balance on 02 April,2012 143742135 - closing balance on 23rd May,2012 Total bought quantity in Q1 ( so far ) - 1,51,46,472...

One more finding, I have noticed big difference in QTY of 21st MAY and 23rd MAY. Promoters also bought 9.1 lacs on 22nd May which is not yet announced. Just see last two announcements and you will find the diff. closing of 21st May 142132977 opening of 23rd May 143042136 Hence i conclude that promoters bought 5.1+9.1+7 = 23.2 Lacs in first three days of this week....

19.5 Lacs were traded based on delivery. I expect now 7 to 10 Lacs bought by promoters.Lets wait and watch. ...

What is your view or expectation from results. My expectation is for full year it will be around 250Cr profit....

Almost 28 Lacs are traded already. Volume has gone up by more than 150% in last two days. REI AGRO is showing great resistance now. One more big move will clean out all sellers.

Results will come out on 29th May. I am expecting a big upmove either today or Monday....
