For the analogy you have used if we look at that may be sealing the hole or freezing water would solve our problem. But if the problem was only with the hole alone the above solution would work. It isn`t the case some are because of wrong judgement or to use your analogy again, may be we are mis judging the size of the hole the flow rate both in and out and most important is it just water or a dielectric / antifreeze....may be I`m going too much, pardon my imagination.
For long we have been looking only at huge debt piggybacking with suzlon and way too much of pessimism about the sector as a whole, for the little time I have spent with Shockmarkets (was intentional) one thing I can understand with my pea brain - fundamentals to an extent is fine but not always, I can`t understand the exuberance in valuing a company at 68000cr once and now less than 3000cr, what has fundamentally changed in the company is an acquisition gone not that bad... and more with external factors which only management and bankers would be aware.
If one can take an plain sheet of white paper and put a small black dot in the geographic / arithmetic center of the paper hold it in your hand and ask anyone nearby and ask a question what do you see and 9 out of 10 would reply with a bang that they see the tiny black dot but only 1 or may be little more would say I see the dot as well as the paper. At a certain juncture we fail to see the real picture I`m not talking about the big picture but real picture.
Enough with gyaan...so lets wait for some more time, we have been waiting here for 4 years at least on an average..we can wait for few more months provided ones investment is not on borrowed time/money.
I know some boarders would definitely throw some brick bats ....now a days even that doesn`t hurt much...you know as the time goes it isn`t that we always grow up in strength but sometimes we get used to the pain...it has becoming totally numb and I don`t feel the pain anymore.
Since I felt you are little disgruntled...thought of cheering up...being a platinum member you would have your own share of lessons...do keep posted I did enjoy reading some of your older posts as well.
