I am unable to understand how am and co has calcucated this merger prat4o,they will def lose the battle if challenged in court,fair ratio is atleast 5 to 1...

Just see the what MS management is saying in their transcript- it evoked such a huge response in favour of the merger and waht is in store - instead some fellow- with all vested interest are about to call the merger off- these bullguru-it seems would go to the court himself and file a PIL so as to stop these merger taking place....

msat on its own is no better than techm and viceversa. msat and techm needs to deliver topline growth which is still missing. merger shud happen and happen fast. agree msat is little undervalued but so are si many other stocks which will give u better returns....
