Private companies are waste for the hard working and sincere individuals who put in their best for the company`s prospect. Every one in telecom industry is more interested about their own package rather than thinking about the growth of company. I have worked with many telecom companies and found that they do not have clear road map as to how to achieve the long term growth. Every one wants to show the yield in month`s time without clear cut idea. Recruitments are through reference but not on past performances. May god only save the people with out professional skills....
