The year 2006-07 has been a landmark one for all of us at Infomedia as
 we took definitive strides in our journey to becoming the countrys
 leading Publishing ITES company by 2010. This year saw us successfully
 navigate into a new business segment, Publishing Outsourcing, while we
 continued to develop our core publishing business.
 
 A positive outlook on the Indian economy over the next five years keeps
 the growth flavour in tact for key industries and sets the tone for
 exponential development in vital segments such as infrastructure,
 financial services and media among many others. What is also important
 is the evidence that growth has impacted not just major metropolitan
 cities but is also inclusive of tier-ll and tier-Ill cities as well as
 regional centers. A rising consumer class, improved literacy levels,
 higher disposable incomes and wider reach become key factors
 influencing growth in the media segment.
 
 Having commenced our journey towards building a proactive and growth
 oriented publishing ITES company by 2010, it becomes important that we
 make the right choices and lay a solid foundation to be able to pursue
 robust growth objectives. Our acquisitions in the Publishing
 Outsourcing space provide Infomedia with an excellent platform for
 growth. Apart from customer interface in the two major markets in the
 world, the United Kingdom and the United States, we have also acquired
 a clientele spanning several of the finest book publishers across the
 world.
 
 Infomedia is changing. The progressive impact of our acquisitions on
 our business can be gauged by a review of our consolidated results
 reflecting the highest recorded turnover in Infomedias history during
 2006-07. Publishing Outsourcing formed close to 25% of our consolidated
 revenue during 2006-07. Our core publishing business grew by around 23%
 year-on-year during 2006-07.
 
 As Indias market leader in Yellow Pages, we extended our services to
 five new cities during this year and introduced innovative directory
 products catering to a cross- section of users from industries to
 households. And we are working on extending our Yellow Pages dominance
 across the Internet and Mobile channels. Our Special Interest Magazines
 today are the preferred choice of readers across all walks of life. Our
 strategic partnerships with global majors such as Reed Business
 Information. Ringier, Vogel-Burda. Disney and Future to name a few,
 have given us excellent international platform.
 
 As leaders of today, we are focused on being the pioneers of tomorrow
 Of course, none of this would have been possible without the unstinting
