 2000 - Visu Cybertech, a Hyderabad-based IT company has signed an MoU
 with
              Government of Sharjah to provide web development and
 e-commerce services

 2006
 -Company has changed its name from Visu Consultants Ltd. to Visu

 Company Secretary from 11.02.2008.
