This will be the third initial public offering (IPO) to hit Dalal Street next week on the same day, alongside Ravita Engineering Services in the SME segment and HD Fire Protect in the mainboard segment.
The Bengaluru-headquartered non-banking finance company is looking to raise up to Rs 42.1 crore through a public issue of 77.96 lakh shares at the upper end of the price band of Rs 51-54 per share.
The price band has been revised from the previously reported Rs 50-52 per share.
The issue comprises entirely a fresh issue of shares by the company.
The anchor book will open for a day on October 12, while the IPO will remain open for public subscription until October 15. The company is expected to finalise the IPO share allotment by October 16 and make its shares debut on the NSE Emerge platform on October 21.
Incorporated in 2009, Vaibhav Vyapaar received its NBFC licence from the RBI in 2010. The company provides unsecured personal loans to salaried and self-employed individuals through its fully digital lending platform, LoanFront - Personal Loan App. It also participates in co-lending arrangements with other NBFCs, under which it undertakes loan origination, underwriting, documentation and servicing.
The IPO proceeds will be primarily utilised to augment the company's capital base, with the remaining funds earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The company had assets under management (AUM) of Rs 81.24 crore and a net worth of Rs 47.2 crore, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.80, as of July 2026.

On the financial front, Vaibhav Vyapaar reported a profit of Rs 3 crore and revenue from operations of Rs 18 crore for the four-month period ended July 2026.
For the fiscal year ended March 2026, the company's profit increased 33.2 percent year-on-year to Rs 1.97 crore, while revenue surged 46.9 percent to Rs 36.8 crore from the previous year.
