Mumbai-based HD Fire Protect, a manufacturer of fire protection equipment and systems, will open its IPO for public subscription on October 13 and close the issue on October 15.
The initial public offering (IPO) comprises entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.62 crore equity shares by the promoters.
Harish Narshi Dharamshi and his wife Kusum Dharamshi will be the selling shareholders in the OFS. This means the net IPO proceeds will go to the selling shareholders, and the company will not receive any funds from the public issue.
Hence, the primary objective of the IPO is to facilitate the OFS and enable the listing of the company's equity shares on the stock exchanges.
HD Fire Protect has reserved shares worth Rs 1.75 crore for its employees.
The one-day anchor book for the issue will open on October 12. The company is expected to finalise the IPO share allotment by October 16, while trading in HD Fire Protect shares on the BSE and NSE is expected to commence on October 21.
The company tapped the capital markets in September 2025 by filing its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI, which subsequently approved the offer in January 2026.
